Isaiah 35:4 (NIV)
Isaiah 35:4 (NIV)
”Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be
strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with
divine retribution, he will come to save you.”
The saving hand of God is available to all of us! Many people
usually wonder who God is. "God"
is not merely a name but a description of what He can do because He is a
creator. He can create babies, pay debts, be a father to the fatherless and
do many more other things. His hand is available to save people from
all kinds of situations.
Isaiah 54:11-14 (NIV) says;
"Afflicted city, lashed by
storms and not comforted, I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise, your
foundations with lapis lazuli. 12 I will make your battlements
of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of
precious stones. 13 All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their
peace. 14 In righteousness you will be established: Tyranny will
be far from you; you will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far
removed; it will not come near you”.
God is going to save people from shame, destruction, demotion,
debt, sickness and witchcraft. He going to take up the forsaken because;
- We are ambassadors of Heaven/ Christ. 2 Corinthian 5:20 says; “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God”. And after He has been lifted, He will draw all men to him. John 12:32 (NLT) – “And when I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw everyone to myself”
- We are heads or leaders. Deuteronomy 28:13 (NIV)…”The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom”
- At the cross, Jesus paid it all, so he will give us all that we desire. Romans 8: 31-32 (NIV) says; ”What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?”
