THE WORD IN THE BEGINNING
Pr. James Victor Lubwama

Jeremiah 6:16 (MSG)
Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it……..
We get our redemption from the word that proceeds from the heart of God; from it stems our purpose and solution to our problems. God never deviates from his word, and if you are seeking him, you are seeking his word out of which stems life.
We are always craving to hear God speak unto us, but there are many voices that are likened to his voice and we need to have a sense of discernment. Some demons or powers of darkness can confuse you, for they can speak and you may think that it is God when it’s not. Even Paul warned us in 2 Corinthians 11:14 (NIV) that; And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light”.
In other words an angel of darkness can masquerade as an angel of light. He may come and commission you to start something i.e. a ministry or business yet it is not God speaking.  In order to discern whether it is God speaking or not, you need to go back to the beginning - revisit what God told you about your purpose earlier on. The devil always comes to deceive and deviate you from God’s plan and purpose for your life.
God speaks the end before the beginning - the bible teaches in Isaiah 46:10 (EXB) that; “From the beginning I told you what would happen in the end. A long time ago [From ancient times] I told you things that have not yet happened........" Stick to God’s original plan without deviating and by doing so, you shall realise his word -  his word is the blueprint of our lives; its the manual the describes our purpose; its the compass that directs us. The bible says in Luke 11:23 (AMP) He who is not with Me [believing in Me as Lord and Savior] is against Me [there is no impartial position]; and he who does not gather with Me [assisting in My ministry], scatters. When you go off track and alter God’s plan, you shall reap a curse. Heavens will close because you will be scattering instead of gathering.
Whenever you hear a voice contradictory to what God told you or his word, just know that’s the devil not God. The bible says in Jeremiah 6:16 (MSG) Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it…….. The devil should not derail you from the godly way. Stop and ask. Ask who? Your spiritual father or the Holy Spirit. Always consult to make sure that you are on the right track and heading in the right direction. One thing you should remember is that somethings are good and right but not godly.

Your advancement lies in having a healthy relationship with your pastor – spiritual father who will always guide you whenever you are going astray; having a spiritual father will keep in you in check and in the right direction; for Samuel guidance from Eli. The bible says in 1 Samuel 3:1-10 (TLB)
“……..(Samuel had never had a message from Jehovah before) So now the Lord called the third time, and once more Samuel jumped up and ran to Eli. “Yes?” he asked. “What do you need?” Then Eli realized it was the Lord who had spoken to the child. So he said to Samuel, “Go and lie down again, and if he calls again, say, ‘Yes, Lord, I’m listening.’” So Samuel went back to bed. 10 And the Lord came and called as before, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel replied, “Yes, I’m listening.”
Revelation 2:4 (AMP) says; But I have this charge against you, that you have left your first love [you have lost the depth of love that you first had for Me]” The bible tells us to go back to our first love – the pure, nonporous, overflowing love we had for God at the beginning of our Salvation journey. How did you trust then? How did you serve then? How did you fellowship then? What is your current love level towards God and man? Are your vertical and horizontal relationships springing up or deteriorating each day? If you are not carrying the cross you are in trouble. Jesus instructs in Luke 9:23 (NLT) that; If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me. The cross refers to your relationships; vertical - with God and horizontal - with man. The two greatest commandments in Mathew 22:37-39 say that; ”Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 The second most important is similar: ‘Love your neighbor as much as you love yourself.”
You have to carry your cross every day: meaning you have to repent your sins and forgive your neighbours. People hurt you and you keep the resentment on your heart, and when you do this, you break your relationship with God; but remember that you also hurt them as well, so we should forgive because God also forgives us. Many Christians prioritize their relationship with God but not with men which is wrong! You to need to balance the equation - vertical and horizontal in order for the cross to be complete
Whenever you do something that God has not tasked you to do, be assured that you are doing someone else’s assignment and there is no reward for it! Whenever you rebel against God and divert from his purposed assignment, be mindful about the end because all that you will have done will pass through fire and be destroyed - you will have no reward from Him in the end.
Do what you were instructed to do so that you have something to show and stop wasting your years. A man is known by his works! Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:2-3 (TLB) that; “The only letter I need is you yourselves! By looking at the good change in your hearts, everyone can see that we have done a good work among you. They can see that you are a letter from Christ, written by us. It is not a letter written with pen and ink, but by the Spirit of the living God; not one carved on stone, but in human hearts.
We need to be informed about how God works and heavenly systems so that we do not go off track. You will not see a blessing in the things you do if they are not in line with what God instructed to do at first, because whenever you do something that God has not tasked you to do, be assured that you are doing someone else’s assignment and there is no reward for it!
Revisit and reignite what God told you in the beginning. Don’t deviate.

GOD’S WILL
Pr. James Victor Lubwama

1 John 5:14 (NKJV)
“If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us”

Many people have unanswered questions. We have prayed, fasted and sowed in God’s ministry but our lives are not progressing. Is God too far? Is He silent? Are some of our issues too big for Him?
One thing about God is that; He does not support things that aren’t according to His will; for He does not finish what He didn’t start. If a venture or plan or activity or relationship is not according to His will, he will be silent and inactive - He appears as if He has no idea about it yet He is all knowing. If you make prayers which are not according to His will, he will be silent. He doesn’t answer selfish and vengeful prayers! The bible says in James 4:3 (AMP) that; You ask [God for something] and do not receive it, because you ask with wrong motives [out of selfishness or with an unrighteous agenda]"

God’s nature is that whatever is not according to His will, he neither considers nor supports it - He neither blesses it nor invests time and resources in it; but according to your limited understanding it appears as though that issue you are pursuing is impossible for Him yet he is the source of power – He is the God of all mankind there is nothing impossible before him (Jeremiah 32:27)
When God sends you on a mission, he directs and gives you the resources needed. For anything started by Him, there is divine provision and enablement. At times the task assigned might supersede your understanding, human resource and financial ability but if He is the Alpha, he will give the wisdom, grace and add unto you the right people to support that which He has purposed and planned.

Jonah 1:1-3 (NKJV)
"Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,“Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord."

In the scriptures above, God commanded Jonah to go to Nineveh – that was according to His will but instead Jonah diverted from God’s will and went to Tarshish – which wasn’t according to God’s will and plan. Because it wasn’t according to God’s plan for Jonah to descend to Tarshish, the ship encountered a storm and Jonah was thrown off the boat; that was a result of Jonah not moving as per God's will and purpose, thus the journey hit a dead-end.
Another i have realised is that whenever you are doing something not according to God’s will and plan, you will pay the fare. Jonah 1:3 highlights; "He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare” Whenever you do something not according to God’s will, you will pay the price for that activity or journey – there will be no divine provision. If you are pursuing something not according to the will of God you will find struggles, resistance and lack, and the reverse is true. If i send you to Juba to go and accomplish something on my behalf, i will give you transport, accommodation and any other thing you might need on that journey; so had Jonah boarded a ship going to Nineveh in the first place, he wouldn’t have paid the fare because God finances and supports His missions.

There are certain things God doesn’t bless or support, not because He can’t but because according to His nature, He only supports and blesses those according to his will. That’s him and for those serving God, you only follow him – you don’t move before He does lest you struggle and fail; and if he commands you to do something, you don’t look at the limitations because whatever he plans and purposes comes to pass.

We thank God for giving us the Holy Spirit because He informs us in advance whether a particular thing you are about to do at a particular time is in the Father’s will or not. The bible may even be talking of that which you are planning to do but it may not be in God’s perfect will at that time. For example, do you think Jesus didn’t have the power to heal the lame man at the beautiful gate? That’s the same temple where both Jesus and his disciples prayed from, and Jesus always passed by that beautiful gate but He didn’t heal him, however, later his disciple - Peter healed him. There were many lame people in Jerusalem but he didn’t heal all of them yet he has all the power and authority but He only chose to heal those according to his will for the glory of His name.

For you to move without struggles or not to hit dead-ends, you have got to know God’s perfect will; and what reveals to you God’s plan or will or desires at a certain time? It’s the Holy Spirit.
When is God powerful? He is almighty when what you are doing is according to His will and plan.

Seek God's will in whatever you plan to do!

SUBMISSION
Pr. Geoffrey Kibombo
Revelation 12:11(NLT)
“Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last—salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth—the one who accuses them before our God day and night.”
Being pastored is a fundamental principle in Salvation; as Christians we need to have a local church or Spiritual home where we belong. However, many times we do not go deeper into knowing why this is necessary and key to our salvation journey and spiritual growth. We may have converted to salvation so many years ago but with no spiritual growth and blessings in our lives. Not having a spiritual home and spiritual father - Pastor to whom you submit is one of the things that can cause someone to meet hardships in the journey of salvation.
In the scripture above, after there was war in heaven and the devil had been cast down with a third of the angels, John heard these words; “It has come at last—salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ.”
Many people will ask; “If God loves us why does he prepare hell for us?” Hell is for the devil but he is always trying to corrupt you as so that he can take you with him as well. However the bible says that salvation has come and it has come with three things;
  1. Power
  2. The kingdom of God
  3. The Authority of Christ
When you become born-again, you get strength that enables you to do certain things. In salvation there is a kingdom, and every kingdom has beliefs, values and principles which one obey and follow; a kingdom comes with authority and as we all know, there is a king, servants and subjects - there is a leader and people who are led.
You will fail to attain God’s purpose for your life when you are living a vagabond spiritual life – when you want to be your own king in somebody else’s kingdom. The devil will make your salvation jumbled by making you not to be under any leadership because he does not want you to submit to authority. He knows that if you submit under someone there are many challenges you will not encounter. The devil has overcome so many people because they have not learnt the secret of submission. So many people are not pastored – have no spiritual home and father, though they have been born again for many years; every month they have a new pastor and church
There are benefits of having a spiritual father; one of them is that there are some battles you do not have to fight or go through. When you are submitting under a servant of God, you avoid lots of battles, mistakes and wrong choices. You get to tap into sacred wisdom and mostly importantly anointing from the servant of God – you get guidance and counsel from a person who hears from the heart of God.
The devil can overcome some people in their lives because they are neither under authority nor under leadership; so the accuser, who has a short time because he wants to take people to hell, starts overcoming these people because their salvation is shaky: because remember, salvation comes with power, the kingdom and authority.
Any person who is not guided well is like a street child. They guide themselves and no one cares for them, they do not submit under anyone and they break the law as they please. In salvation, we have such people, they do anything they wish, they do not take instructions or guidance from anyone and no one can come to their rescue - they are not protected or covered.
There is a solemn word that God spoke to his servant on behalf the church - there is a covenant God made with his or her servant, and because of that covenant, all of us who submit to him benefit from it. Psalms 105:42 (MSG) says“……he remembered his Covenant, his promise to Abraham, his servant.”
God made a covenant with Abraham, and because of it, people under him benefited from it – God didn’t let them suffer because they were under someone He had made a covenant with. He therefore rescued them from slavery in Egypt and settled them in the land he had promised to Abraham their fore father. God did not mind their prayers while in captivity, but he remembered that they were under the lineage of Abraham and because of that, he remembered his covenant with Abraham and brought them out of captivity.
In some scenarios God will only come to your rescue because of the covenant he made with his servant you’re submitting to - It only works for those that are submitting. In life, when a fierce animal attacks a home with a father, the father comes out to protect his children and in defending them he at times gets hurt so that those he cares for remain well. Many people do not have protection because they are neither submitting nor under authority. Many are even fighting battles that they should not be fighting. Every church and servant of God has a covenant with God and the believers under that particular servant of God automatically tap into that covenant
Exodus 17:11 (NLT) says; And as long as Moses held up the rod in his hands, Israel was winning; but whenever he rested his arms at his sides, the soldiers of Amalek were winning.”
In the above scripture we see that when the Israelites under Moses, were at battle with the Amalekites, it is the people who were under him that would fail whenever his hands went down. But when Moses’s hands were held up they conquered. There is victory you attain if your leader’s hands are held up; victory achieved without struggle! If we submit under authority there are problems we shall conquer without even unknowing. If we submit, there is a hedge of protection around us.
The bible says; Salvation has come with the kingdom and authority of heaven. Salvation comes with the power - power that enables you to overcome the challenges and that power will only come when you are under authority.
Satan was the angle of covering. We read in Ezekiel 28:14-19 (NLT) that;
"I ordained and anointed you as the mighty angelic guardian. You had access to the holy mountain of God and walked among the stones of fire. 15 “You were blameless in all you did from the day you were created until the day evil was found in you. 16 Your rich commerce led you to violence, and you sinned. So I banished you in disgrace from the mountain of God. I expelled you, O mighty guardian, from your place among the stones of fire. 17 Your heart was filled with pride because of all your beauty. Your wisdom was corrupted by your love of splendor. So I threw you to the ground and exposed you to the curious gaze of kings. 18 You defiled your sanctuaries with your many sins and your dishonest trade. So I brought fire out from within you, and it consumed you. I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching. 19 All who knew you are appalled at your fate. You have come to a terrible end, and you will exist no more.”
Before Satan rebelled, he had precious stones as a covering. He was put on the holy mountain and had all the precious things. However, all that brought him pride and he no longer wanted to be under submission, he was banished and cast down. The scripture above is referring to the church. God removed honour and protection from one of his prideful angels and he is now like ashes beneath our feet; when the devil defied authority, he lost all the protection and covering that were upon him. We now fight him because he is no longer under protection
The bible says that because salvation has come, it has come with the kingdom of God. A kingdom has systems of governance and operation. In God’s kingdom everyone has to submit to authority – to pastors, elders and ministry leaders. God routes our blessings and packages through his servants.

Mathew 14:19 (NLT) says; - Then he told the people to sit down on the grass. Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he gave the bread to the disciples, who distributed it to the people.”
In the kingdom of God, there is order and rules to be followed. In the scripture above, Jesus told the people to sit down before they are served – this shows that God commands respect and in order for you to receive from him, he requires submission of you. Secondly, after Jesus had blessed the fish and bread, he gave to the disciples to distribute not people! This is an indication that our packages are routed through the servants of God who then distribute them to the submissive believers. Some of your blessings and requests have been hindered by lack of submission under the anointed servants of God. If you do not have a servant of God who speaks into your life with, you are missing out a lot on heavenly benefits.
A pastor has a rod and staff – the staff he uses to chase away wolves (devil) from the sheep (You) and the rod he uses it to guide the sheep. So if you do not have a spiritual father and home, you’re not protected and you will easily be deceived and manipulated by the devil. There are blessings that you will not get if you are not submissive!
When Israel was going into the Promised Land, each tribe was allocated a portion of land, and each got a parcel depending on the share that was allocated (Numbers 34). We get our blessing depending on the covenant under our pastor - the gifts and calling upon him. If you are in between you cannot get anything form God. There are blessings we automatically get because of the covenant we submit to; there are battles you do not have to fight because you are submitting to someone and that person combats on your behalf; there is victory you attain when God remembers the covenant he made with his servant.
Your relationship with your pastor benefits you! It is very easy and you need invest in it.
Remember; have a Spiritual home and father, and a relationship with your leaders. Every time you submit you benefit; there is protection, victory and blessings.
Submit under the anointed ones!

THE WORD OF GOD IN EXISTENCE
Pr. James Victor Lubwama

John 1:1-4 (NLT)
"In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He existed in the beginning with God. 3 God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. 4 The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone."

Everything in the kingdom of God begins with His word; for when it is spoken, it brings the physical world into existence. Nothing in this generation or in the generations to come will happen without the word of God.
Your future is determined by the word upon your life, because without the word, you cannot have a purposeful future - the word of God gives life to everything that is created; therefore, if you want a meaningful life, you must cling unto the word of God which has the power to create and transform situations. However, for the word to be effective in your life, you need to believe it and have faith in it.

In the book of Genesis, God spoke and said, “Let there be” and there was. Genesis 1:1-3 (NLT) says;  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

You need a Rhema word in your life concerning your education, children, marriage, job, business, career, ministry etc. A Rhema word from a servant of God; the "thus says the Lord……."  that speaks into your life situation, and when you receive and believe it, it contains the creating power to change your life and in the right season it is manifested in the physical. Believe and have faith in the words (Prophetic or Rhema) that you have received because they will never pass away without coming to fruition. Matthew 24:35 (TLB) says that; "Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words remain forever”

A couple of times we have hindered the hand of God because of lack of faith in His word, yet when you believe God's word, He descends down to fulfill it. After accepting the word, you need to start confessing it because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks; the Holy Spirit considers and honours only confessions and prayers emanating from your heart.

Store the word of God in your heart and not only in your handbag or on the bedside drawer; let it be the basis of your prayers. Your life should be rooted in the word because God honours his word. Psalm 138:2 (NKJV) says; “……………..For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.” Remind God about what He prophesied about you until it becomes manifested in the physical; give Him no rest until he establishes and makes you praise!

You cannot be what everyone wants you to be, but you can only be what God wants you to be. You need to stick to your line of calling according to the word of God, because it is always coinciding with his purpose for your life. If you are a musician, stick to making music that glorifies Him, etc. There are things that you want to be and there are things that God designed you to be; You can only be what God desires you to be.

Regardless of your family lineage or background, you can be anything that God purposed you to be. For example, if your family members are known to be prominent business people, God can decide to mould you into a doctor; not as you wish but according to His will. When you follow God's will for your life, you never struggle, but you will always be blessed, favoured and victorious.

God knows where you will go and be blessed - he knows the right geographical position from where you will flourish and be purposeful. When he sends you, His hand goes with you. It's the blessing of the Lord that matters, not people's opinions. In John 21:5-6 (GNT) Jesus instructed the fishermen as follows;
Then he asked them, “Young men, haven't you caught anything?” “Not a thing,” they answered. He said to them, “Throw your net out on the right side of the boat, and you will catch some.” So they threw the net out and could not pull it back in, because they had caught so many fish.
God is specific and is a God of order! These guys had been casting the nets without getting a single fish, but when Jesus instructed them to throw the net again, He was also specific on the position - "right side of the boat" and when they obeyed, they didn't just catch some, they filled the boat. Is it God who sent you to do what you are doing? Is He the one who sent you where you are? As long as God gave you his word, as long He is your Alpha, you will succeed.

The things we see in this world are as a result of the word of God - spoken and breathed to life. Everything exists by way of the word. The word of God is his laid-out plan for your life. Psalm 33:8-9(GW) emphasizes; “Let all the earth fear the Lord. Let all who live in the world stand in awe of him. He spoke, and it came into being. He gave the order, and there it stood.”

God has a plan; He doesn’t build until there is a word. The blueprint of your life is His word - the prophesy you received, the vision or dream you got concerning your life or the Rhema word in the bible. When you receive a word from God, you will have received His plan towards your life and when you believe that word, you accept the plan of God. God is a builder, he illustrates the finished product before the foundation is laid - He speaks the end at the beginning, that’s the authority of the architect and engineer of this world. Isaiah 46:10(NLT) says; Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish"

From the time you crossed over to salvation, God started a purposeful work in you. You may not see it physically but He is at work inside – He starts by transforming you from the inside-out. The reason why you may not see tangible results is because he is still at work in you on the inside - your heart which is unseen by physical eyes. Your heart is the foundation of your life. Any civil engineer will tell you that the foundation of a building consumes a lot of materials which are buried beneath the ground aimed at supporting the super-structure. Stop staggering and wait upon the Lord; for He is at work perfecting that which concerns you in order to fulfill His plan for your life. As Psalms 138:8 (NLT) declares; – The Lord will work out his plans for my life……..”

There is power in the word of God!

MYSTERIES OF GOD's KINGDOM

Pr. Geoffrey Kibombo

Matthew 13:11 (NKJV)
“………it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.”

         1. Mystery One; RESPECT AND HONOUR
There are people who have worked hard to ensure that you succeed in life and have a respectable fruitful future. They sacrificed a lot in life and laid a foundation for your successes; as such they deserve your uttermost respect and honour. However, when the devil wants to remove the hand of God in your life, he causes you to disobey, fight against or wrong the people who have done good in your life.

A quick example is that of the dialogue between God and Satan concerning Job’s life. In Satan's view, Job's fear of God was not for nothing; he thought Job feared God because of the blessings and the protection God had put upon his substance, so Satan implored God to permit him to touch Job’s life and test if Job would not forsake Him. In God's opinion, Job had fully understood who God was and what having a relationship with Him meant, and he was confident that even if all was removed, Job would hold unto him.

Job 1:7-12 (NLT) narrates;
“Where have you come from?” the Lord asked Satan. Satan answered the LORD, “I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.” Then the Lord asked Satan, “Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless—a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil.” Satan replied to the Lord, “Yes, but Job has good reason to fear God. 10 You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! 11 But reach out and take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!”

The devil is always targeting your relationship with God. He is wandering around looking for a person to devour - he wants to bring a rift between you and God so that God can remove his hand from your life and allow him to afflict you. Satan knows that when you are with God, you have a hedge of protection upon your life.

Satan uses disobedience to tear apart relationships, but most importantly to take away God’s presence from your life. He causes people to disobey, speak ill or rise up against; the people that have nurtured to them, or those in authority. The devil causes contention with our mentors so that our relationship with them is damaged. He does that to remove God's presence - Holy Spirit from your life thus rendering you empty and unshielded. He makes people to repay good with evil which leaves them bound and their blessings taken away.

This is the generation where people turn against those who have done good in their lives. This happens in churches, politics, families, schools and workplaces. As such a curse comes upon them. If you turn against the person who has nurtured you or invested in your success, pay evil for good and rebel against your leaders, you are permitting a curse to come upon your life. Satan does not bring curses, but they come as a result of disobedience of God's commandments.

Ephesians 6:1-3(TLB) teaches about respecting our parents;
Children, obey your parents; this is the right thing to do because God has placed them in authority over you. Honor your father and mother. This is the first of God’s Ten Commandments that ends with a promise. And this is the promise: that if you honor your father and mother, yours will be a long life, full of blessing.

Your parents (biological and spiritual) hold your blessings! If you want things to be well with you, obey and honour them - that’s the only commandment where terms and conditions apply!

       2. Mystery Two; PERCEPTION
How do you perceive the servants of God? What do you hope to see come to pass out of your association with them? How do you receive them? All those factors determine how your life turns out when you meet or associate with a servant of God - what you see, is what you receive!

Many times we concentrate on the ordinary person with the human weakness and ignore the God’s anointed servant who serves as God’s vessel. We usually get so used, so familiar to the servants of God that we fail to discern the hand of God upon the person. We consider them as friends, relatives, neighbours, as such we lose out on blessings. Until you learn to consider the authority upon the servant of God, you will never get what you want from God through him

For you to see two people in one, to see two offices upon one person, is a mystery. This means that you have got to snub the ordinary person you see and consider the office upon the person.

In Numbers 12:1-9(MSG), a story unfolds of Miriam and Aaron rising up against Moses and how God reacted.
"Miriam and Aaron talked against Moses behind his back because of his Cushite wife (he had married a Cushite woman). 2 They said, “Is it only through Moses that God speaks? Doesn’t he also speak through us?” God overheard their talk…………….….5 God descended in a Pillar of cloud and stood at the entrance of the tent. He called Aaron and Miriam to him. When they stepped out, 6 He said, listen carefully to what I’m telling you. If there is a prophet of God among you, I make myself known to him in visions, I speak to him in dreams. 7 But I don’t do it that way with my servant Moses; he has the run of my entire house; 8 I speak to him intimately, in person, in plain talk without riddles: He ponders the very form of God. So why did you show no reverence or respect in speaking against my servant, against Moses? 9 The anger of God blazed out against them. And then he left"

In the scriptures above, Miriam and Aaron were Moses’s siblings; their minds were still programmed to the idea of Moses being their brother and started rebuking him for marrying a Cushite woman forgetting that he was God’s chosen servant because only God rebukes his servants! Ultimately God came to Moses’s rescue and what befell Miriam was awful (Numbers 12:10). Had Moses done something wrong? Yes! He had married outside the Jewish fraternity which was against God’s instructions. However, we as ordinary people don’t have a mandate to rebuke those who are appointed by God

These days, we don't see the servants of God as God sees them, we take them lightly. In the days of Old Testament, the servants of God lived in seclusion from people, they had no unifying activities with the ordinary men, they commanded respect and the fear of God was upon them. But in this generation, we see the servants of God daily, we go to the same markets, stay in the same neighbourhoods, and consequently we get so used to them and fail to see the authority they possess and the anointing upon them. Until you acknowledge the one who has been sent in the name of the Lord, you cannot see God. Until you understand that your Pastor represents God you shall not see the hand of God!

The servants of God bear the solutions to our problems; they have authority over the things we need from God. If you want a house, job, marriage or promotion and you believe that you can get it if the man of God prays for you, then you shall receive what your request. What you see is what you get! Value, respect and protect the authority and anointing upon the servant of God!

A revelation of God’s mysteries will bring a revolution or transformation in your life. Deuteronomy 29:29(NLT) says “The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions"

God has good plans for our lives; we have big prophesies upon our lives, but the key to unlocking them is to understand the mysteries of the Kingdom of God
God bless you!
